Upon the death of our Hero, a scholarship fund was set up in Justin Norton's name. This was one of his requests if he did not return from Iraq. In June of 2007 24 scholarships were awarded in his name. At his Alma Mata of Rainier High School every senior that applied for his scholarship was awarded one in Justin’s memory.  In addition scholarships were awarded to 2 Yelm High School seniors and 2 Tenino High School seniors.
